WHAT ARE THE POSTAGE COSTS?

Free UK postage on the orders above £50 or a flat rate fee of £5.00 per order.

Free International postage on orders above £150 or a flat rate fee of £15.00 per order

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?

There are no minimum order, please feel free to order as little or as much as possible.

ARE YOUR PARCELS AND CONTENT DISCREET?

All our products and parcels are sent discreetly worldwide. Every product and parcel is handled with extra care and will not contain any unnecessary information like invoice or our company details. All items are packed and silenced accordingly. The size of the parcel will not exceed the size of the actual content to avoid unnecessary attention.

THE PRODUCT I AM INTERESTED IN IS OUT OF STOCK, WHEN WILL THIS BE BACK IN STOCK?

If a specific product is out o stock please email our team for an estimated re-stock date.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PARCEL TO ARRIVE?

Once you place and submit your order:

  • you will receive an email with payment instructions (CHECK JUNK BOX),
  • you submit your payment by preferred payment method,
  • once funds reach our account we dispatch your order within 24 hours,
  • Shipping time will depend on various factors – method of shipping you have chosen with your order, postal service efficiency, customs clearance, international transit, etc. Therefore we can not give you an exact time scales however our team does its best to deliver your goods to you as soon as possible as we are aware of importance of these products to our customers.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

PLEASE NOTE – WE DO NOT ACCEPT ORDER CANCELLATIONS ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. However if you have placed your order but have not submitted your payment and would like to amend any changes, please disregard that order (and order number) and simply place a new order.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF CUSTOMS SEIZE MY ORDER?

According to our experience about five percent of orders get seized by customs. In this unfortunate event of  your order being seized by the customs, we will reship an order once again free of charge to a new name and different address. However we will require the customer to provide us with a copy of customs seizure letter/notice, without this we will not be able to reship under any circumstances. Please note, we only reship once and only the products that are mentioned in the notice/letter. Also please note, we do not reship HGH (Human Growth Hormone).

If the product is not on our website please do not hesitate to contact our member of staff on our website email address. HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We currently accept BANK TRANSFER,  BITCOIN payment options.

CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?

Unfortunately we do not accept any returns under any circumstances.
